Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Damaged packaging are extremely rare. Arrobust Sign take 100% responsibility for damaged parcels.
We do not offer refund on items that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
Specific Return Policy for Customized Items
Our customized items are subject to a return policy which differs from our standard return policy. All Made-To-Measure Dresses and Made-To-Order Accessories are customized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged without any reason.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Shipping costs (send & return shipping cost ) paid for by the the buyer.
Cancellation Policy
Any order is cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a fully refund. It is a 100% money back guarantee.
The Orders cancelled more than 24 hours but within 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (if the item has not been shipped).
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
